About The Position
House of Forging and Ironwood Connection, a distributor and fabricator of ornamental iron and wood stair parts, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to support its sales team and provide customer service. The role involves coordinating sales activities with a Sales Associate, preparing quotes and processing orders, maintaining sales materials and reports, and providing customers with product information and after-sales support. The job description is a general outline of expected day-to-day duties and may not cover all responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or a sales support function.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Familiarity with parts distribution or construction materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales activities alongside the Sales Associate.
- Plan sales and coordinate value-added services.
- Create and review sales reports.
- Manage and update sales presentation materials, including brochures, sales decks, and posters.
- Offer after-sales support to customers and clients.
- Prepare quotes for potential customers and process order requests.
- Keep customers updated with relevant product information.
