About The Position
Imperial Brady is hiring an Inside Sales Support team member at its New Brighton, Minnesota location. This is an on-site role working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hourly pay range of $25.00 to $30.00. The role supports business growth by researching and qualifying leads, assisting sales representatives, maintaining accounts and sales pipelines, and communicating with customers about products and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify leads and distribute them to outside sales representatives.
- Use a variety of information sources to identify potential customers.
- Assist sales representatives in maintaining the sales pipeline.
- Communicate regularly with new accounts and develop strong rapport.
- Maintain assigned accounts.
- Review and address category gap reporting.
- Procure sample requests.
- Assist sales representatives with requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Make customer visits with assigned sales representatives one to two times per month.
- Upon proof of ability, quote and secure new item sales to existing customers.
- Communicate product changes and conversions, and introduce new products to the customer base.
