Shentel has a great opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) for the Residential Sales Team. They will perform administrative duties to include preparing a variety of reports, organizing meetings and events, and other general administrative support activities. Requires excellent computer skills, process improvement skills, and the ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills that are supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
  • The passion and ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers including departments at various levels of the organization
  • The agility to move between multiple daily tasks
  • Resourcefulness to research and trouble shoot on your own or with others to resolve problems
  • 2- 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Your reputation as a successful administrative and customer service professional
  • Your excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • associate’s degree in related field is a plus
