Requirements

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system
Strong communication and time management skills
Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills
Sales skills
Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment
Attention and care required to prevent errors
Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods of time
Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and directing customers and for processing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
Handle customer transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, and pick lists
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Field phone calls/take messages
Resolve customer inquiries, guide them and provide relevant information
Maintain showroom inventory and tidy checkout area
Prepare nightly deposit
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
