Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers.
  • Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
  • Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
