About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of store success and efficiency, supporting Coach’s brand commitment through friendly, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. The role supports the flow of products from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock organization, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Associates also support sales-floor activities, customer requests, and store housekeeping while following company policies and Loss Prevention guidelines. The position requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. Physical requirements include regularly lifting at least 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English-language proficiency for EU roles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
