About The Position

The Sales Support Associate ensures an organized, efficient, and customer-ready store by managing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock, and supporting daily floor replenishment and operational standards. The role supports store operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, including stockroom and selling-floor organization, replenishment, price changes, cleanliness, and shrinkage control. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The role requires regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Previous retail service experience and a passion for retail and the service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
• Strong communication and an elevated sense of personal style.
• Ability to multi-task, remain results-driven, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload.
• Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
• Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.
