About The Position

The Sales Support Associate ensures an organized, efficient, and customer-ready store by managing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock, and supporting daily floor replenishment and operational standards. This role supports stockroom and selling-floor organization, merchandise availability, pricing updates, cleanliness, and compliance with audit standards. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The position requires regular lifting of at least 25 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs., as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Previous retail service experience and a passion for retail and the service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
• Strong communication skills and an elevated sense of personal style.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload.
• Organize and maintain the accessibility of merchandise in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
• Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.
