Responsibilities

Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.
Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.
Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.
