About The Position

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in sales support, media, entertainment, or a customer-facing business environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a sales support environment is preferred.
Experience with WideOrbit is highly preferred.
Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support account managers with client relationship management by providing updates, responding to sales inquiries, conducting prospect research, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and agencies.
Process and maintain sales orders and revisions, coordinate with ad sales traffic teams, and assist with sales contract administration, credit applications, and required internal approvals.
Prepare, edit, and proofread client communications and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
Generate and distribute weekly billed and booked reports, pull commercial logs for producers, and provide reporting support to sales leadership and the Vice President of Ad Sales.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while supporting additional operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
