About The Position

This position is responsible for overall administrative support for the Broker Origination MCAP, RMG, and MERIX sales teams. This role is primarily responsible for completing new broker registrations and maintenance of existing broker data for MCAP, RMG, MERIX, and all sub-servicing brands. Other duties include portal (Professor, Gateway, and Explore) login creations, portal maintenance, maintaining Salesforce information, reporting for the Broker Origination Sales teams, and participation in various projects and initiatives. Additionally, the role is responsible for advising appropriate departments/teams to update interest rates related to MCAP and/or RMG for all systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new broker registration process (all lenders/brands)
  • Triage broker submissions which fail ingestion into Liberty (enterprise underwriting system) and notify stakeholders accordingly (all lenders/brands)
  • Manage new Professor, Gateway, & Explore account set ups
  • Troubleshoot broker portal inquiries via Sales teams
  • Work with Sales team to manage broker changes (update all impacted systems)
  • Maintain and update broker contact information in Liberty (enterprise underwriting system) and Salesforce
  • Operate as a liaison to the Operations, FIU, Finance, IT, and Sales teams with any issues or requests relating to brokers
  • Execute Rate Change Process (MCAP and RMG); inform all relevant areas of changes
  • Provide support on promotions and reports as required by VP/Director Sales, Underwriting, and BIE
  • Update rates on broker portals and Salesforce
  • Prepare files for daily upload to Salesforce; ensure successful upload & troubleshoot errors
  • Project coordination for special Sales & Operational initiatives, including process/system enhancements and system testing when required
  • Ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) process documents
