About The Position

At Holiday Inn Club Vacations, the Sales Support Associate ensures Resort Tour Reception, Gifting, Kids Club, Sales F&B, and Sales Receptionist functions are performed professionally and in an organized manner while providing guests with a quality experience. The role supports the designated sales and marketing department’s check-in and departure processes, tour assignments, reporting, and gifting operations.

Requirements

• Excellent computer and telephone skills.
• Proficiency with the Internet, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong customer service commitment and execution.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and an analytical as well as creative approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of the check-in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department.
• Achieve personal and departmental written objectives established by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services.
• Verify marketing qualifications to ensure accurate check-in and proper tour assignments.
• Prepare and distribute departmental reports after management approval.
• Execute the gifting process for designated sales and marketing areas.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Carry out reasonable requests from management.
