About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and work toward sales targets. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver high-quality service and maintain a supportive team environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
