About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, build relationships, identify products that meet customer needs, and offer tailored eyewear recommendations based on lifestyle and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to deliver high-quality service and contribute to a positive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
- Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
