The Sales Support Administrator role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and handles client documentation, internal coordination, Salesforce upkeep, vendor compliance, temporary labor coordination, and all business operations related tasks that keep deals and accounts moving. This position frequently interfaces with VPs, Director of Operations, Proposal specialists and clients. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who communicates clearly, follows structured processes, and stays ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports multiple stakeholders, and plays a critical part in creating a frictionless experience for clients and for the team.
