About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at its Midlothian Depot store. Sales Supervisors contribute to retail success through direct customer interactions, sharing the company’s story and mission, supporting process improvement, and participating in special projects. The role helps maintain an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and leads floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. It also includes opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented and passionate about helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, proud of one’s work, and driven to perform.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Contribute to process ideation and improvement and participate in special projects.
