About The Position

Warby Parker is hiring a self-motivated Sales Supervisor for a new store opening at the Midlothian Depot. Also known as a Keyholder at some retailers, the Sales Supervisor contributes to the retail business through face-to-face customer interactions, shares the company’s story and mission, and supports process improvement and special projects. The role helps create an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment and delivers thoughtful, personalized customer experiences. When a manager is not present, the Sales Supervisor leads selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and is responsible for opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and commitment to strong performance.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
