About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor, a role similar to a Keyholder, to help create exceptional customer experiences. Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of the business through face-to-face customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor, improving processes, and participating in special projects. When a manager is not present, the Sales Supervisor leads floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and opens and closes the store.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and pride in work, with a drive to perform well.
• Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
