About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers at its Mall of America retail location. Advisors represent the brand on the sales floor, contribute to the success of retail locations through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects, and help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience. The role involves sharing Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, assisting customers with product knowledge and style advice, and supporting an inclusive, collaborative store culture.
