The Sales Supervisor, known in stores as a Shift Lead, works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold 5.11 store standards. The role leads by example, addresses challenges, and supports the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
