About The Position
The Sales Supervisor, known in 5.11 stores as a Shift Lead, works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, create a high-energy store environment, and uphold 5.11 store standards. The role leads by example, addresses challenges, and supports the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience; specialty or performance-driven retail experience is preferred.
- Be enthusiastic, empowered, and eager to learn.
- Demonstrate a drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
- Have a passion for outdoor or fitness gear.
- Complete a background screening.
