About The Position

The Sales Stylist role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for providing an ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the immediate task. Requirements

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggesting looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promoting Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolving consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Partnering with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handling all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Performing store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Complying with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs.
• Following directives of store management.
