About The Position

The Sales Stylist role reports to the Store Manager and requires individuals who are consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and can think beyond the immediate task. The stylist is responsible for modeling and coaching to provide the ultimate consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role involves supporting the leadership team by suggesting looks based on consumer needs, current trends, and promotions, promoting the Levi's® omni experience and the Red Tab Loyalty program, resolving consumer concerns, and efficiently handling store operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards. The stylist must also perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and follow directives from store management.

Requirements

  • Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
  • Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
  • Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
  • Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
  • Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
  • Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
  • Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
