About The Position

We are seeking a driven and outgoing professional to help grow a local partner network within designated communities. This role combines relationship building, business development, and community engagement. You'll work closely with local businesses, manage leads through Salesforce, and support recruitment events throughout the region.

Requirements

1+ year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or account management experience.
Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Visit and engage prospective businesses within a designated territory.
Introduce partnership opportunities and qualify interested organizations.
Guide partners through the onboarding and application process.
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce.
Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives.
Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support throughout the process.
Travel regularly within a regional territory.
