The Ole Henriksen Sales & Service Expert is responsible for being a brand and product expert and for driving sales everywhere the brand’s products are sold (currently exclusively at Sephora). Working as part of the KENDO Field Team, the Sales & Service Expert drives in-store sales within Sephora through sales support and events and builds deep and lasting relationships with Beauty Advisors and store leadership. Anchored by a deep passion for and understanding of skincare, utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service, the ideal candidate has a proven record of driving results with a customer first focus and is able to inspire store leadership and customers alike to believe in the power of Ole Henriksen’s products.
