About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety rules, educating teams on preventive measures, and achieving safety objectives. The position involves building, executing, and monitoring the commercial plan, including participating in the development of annual sales plans, budget forecasts, and mid-term plans. The Sales & Service Engineer will direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals, and execute commercial roadmaps. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, preparing reports for management, advising on business strategies, and coordinating the effectiveness of sales and development strategies. The role requires reviewing and analyzing performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness, and ensuring the business services existing customer bases while developing new growth opportunities. Developing plans and strategies for new commercial opportunities and achieving sales goals, with a strong ability to build internal and external relationships, is crucial. The position involves account management for medium accounts and supporting key account managers or sales directors for larger accounts, including contract negotiation and identifying growth/profitability improvement opportunities. Applying pricing policies, establishing and nurturing relationships with assigned customers, identifying sales development targets, and elaborating/implementing development strategies are also key duties. Ensuring forecast accuracy and jointly managing customer relationships with the Customer Service Team is required. Additionally, the role involves visiting customer sites, providing technical guidance and service, feeding back product and application information to the technical department, and collaborating to solve technical problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Foundry, Engineering or Martial related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experienced as a sales person.
  • Proven track record sales & account Management.
  • Material Industry technical background is required.
  • Business acumen and Technical appetite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (including negotiation) skills; value-added solution selling.
  • Ability to positively influence others w/o direct reporting lines.
  • Advanced problem solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking, result oriented, concern for impact.

Responsibilities

  • Participate to the building of the annual sales plan/ budget forecast and mid-term plan for your perimeter.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Execute the commercial roadmaps developed for your segment or products or geography.
  • Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business.
  • Coordinate effectiveness of sales and development strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans are in place.
  • Review and analyze performances against programs, quote and plan to determine effectiveness.
  • Ensure business is servicing existing customer base at (or surpassing) expectations and developing new growth opportunities in each circuit and market segment.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing new commercial opportunities and achieving the sales goals with strong ability to build both internal and external relationships.
  • Account management at medium account; if relevant supports Key account manager or Sales directors for some large accounts, including but not limited to: negotiating short term and long term contract, Identify growth/ profitability improvement opportunities (using CRM opportunity management functionality) and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them.
  • Apply the pricing policy vis a vis the assigned accounts.
  • Establish and nurture relationship with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D).
  • Identify sales development targets, elaborate and implement appropriate development strategy.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and jointly manage customer relationship with Customer Service Team.
  • Visit customers' sites, provide technical guidance and service on site, and give the feedback of products and application to technical department installation, and work closely with the technical department to solve customers' technical problems.
