About The Position

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Representative to play a critical role in supporting our customers and sales organization. The individual will collaborate with external customers, Field Sales, and internal technical and sales teams to provide product guidance, develop system configurations and pricing solutions, and ensure accurate processing of quotations, orders, and returns.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree desired; equivalent experience with a high school diploma will also be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a field sales organization, preferably within the medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, or high-technology industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to review, interpret, and understand customer purchase orders, including terms and conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quote requests with sales reps with pricing and/or configuration alternatives to best suit customer financial needs and application requirements
• Coordinate and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Serve as a liaison between customers and sales to resolve inquiries and/or issues
• Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and other internal groups to ensure seamless execution of customer orders
