About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and achieving sales goals. Prior call center experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication and service skills.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product and service information while identifying sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our system
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales/service performance goals
  • Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced environment
