About The Position

The Sales Route Driver provides service to assigned accounts, builds and maintains customer goodwill, and uses point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales. The role manages inventory to reduce out-of-code product, places orders for the next delivery, and merchandises product sections by maintaining and increasing shelf facings, cleaning shelves, and rotating product. The driver safely drives and unloads the truck and moves products to appropriate locations. The position also involves using a handheld computer, collecting money from customers, and making bank deposits. The work requires loading and unloading 50–100 pounds of product and working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heavy rain, winter snow, and summer heat.

Requirements

Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Route sales experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or completed GED.
Be 21 years or older.
Have a clean driving record.
Pass a drug test and background check.
Ability to load and unload 50–100 pounds of product.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heavy rain, winter snow, and summer heat, while moving product to and from the truck and store.
