About The Position

Vibe Day Spa & Salon is seeking a polished, results-driven professional to lead client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our luxury salon and spa business. This is a high-impact role focused on driving sales, managing the lead pipeline, converting inquiries into loyal guests, and maximizing appointment volume. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will work behind the scenes and throughout the business to generate bookings, nurture relationships, recover missed opportunities, and help grow recurring revenue. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury service, client relations, or business development
  • Proven success converting leads, upselling services, and achieving goals
  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and time management skills
  • Warm, confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking, CRM, or scheduling software
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and accountable for results
  • Professional appearance and passion for beauty, wellness, hospitality, or luxury experiences

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound leads including phone calls, online inquiries, texts, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Convert prospective guests into booked appointments through consultative selling and confident closing
  • Follow up on pending inquiries, missed calls, abandoned leads, and dormant clients
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and ensure no lead goes untouched
  • Drive rebooking and retention strategies to increase recurring revenue
  • Recommend additional services, upgrades, memberships, and retail products to exceed sales goals
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on guest needs and service history
  • Help maximize therapist and stylist productivity through strategic scheduling and demand management
  • Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and monthly sales initiatives
  • Deliver an elevated guest journey from first inquiry through ongoing retention
  • Build relationships that create trust, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Resolve scheduling changes or guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure every client touchpoint reflects the Vibe luxury brand
  • Monitor booking trends, conversion rates, rebooking percentages, and retail sales
  • Keep accurate guest notes, preferences, and follow-up reminders in scheduling systems
  • Collaborate with stylists and therapists to optimize schedules and client flow
