Revenue Coordinator (ROPS)
About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to assist in the insurance process for patients. This role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy. The Revenue Coordinator will work with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure patients are billed appropriately for their dialysis treatments. While part of a team, the role involves significant independent work, requiring strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and clear, concise communication, both over the phone and via email, are essential.
