About The Position

Reliance Partners is looking to hire driven, results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our transportation and logistics insurance team. This role offers a strong base plus an uncapped commission structure, with top performers earning six figures in their first year. No insurance background required; we'll train you from the ground up.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (insurance or logistics background is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in person at your designated Reliance Partners location

Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with clients across the transportation and logistics industry.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Understanding each client's risk and coverage needs.
• Putting together commercial insurance solutions that fit their business.
• Negotiating coverage and pricing on your clients' behalf.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a great client experience from quote to renewal.
• Consistently prospecting for new opportunities.
• Staying sharp on market conditions and product knowledge.
