Responsibilities

  • Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply learning through a mock client presentation.
  • Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals.
  • Participate in career development programming designed to help build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
  • Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management.
  • Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book club discussions.
  • Develop an understanding of how teams across the firm collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience.
  • Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities.
  • Engage in volunteer opportunities that reflect commitment to community and making a positive impact.
