As a Summer Intern, you'll gain meaningful exposure to financial planning, client service, and advisory work through real-world experience, mentorship, and collaboration with teams across the firm. Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-office.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply your learning through a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory experience.
Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals who are invested in helping you learn, grow, and succeed throughout the summer.
Participate in career development programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management.
Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book club discussions that foster learning, connection, and professional growth.
Develop an understanding of how teams across the firm collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience.
Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities that help you build relationships and experience Brighton Jones' culture firsthand.
Engage in volunteer opportunities that reflect our commitment to community and making a positive impact.
