About The Position
Brighton Jones is seeking driven, curious individuals for their Private Wealth Management Summer Internship. This program offers meaningful exposure to financial planning, client service, and advisory work through real-world experience, mentorship, and collaboration. Interns will contribute to projects, build relationships, and develop foundational skills for a career in wealth management. The internship focuses on a Personal CFO approach, helping clients align their wealth with their values and make informed decisions across all aspects of their financial lives. The program emphasizes client and advisory experience, professional development, skill-building, relationship cultivation, and cultural immersion through team outings and volunteer opportunities. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time Analyst positions post-graduation.
Requirements
- On track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Eligible for consideration for future full-time opportunities following graduation.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-office.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Genuine curiosity about financial planning, wealth management, and helping others achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
- Observe client meetings and participate in team prep meetings.
- Apply learning through a mock client presentation.
- Work on meaningful projects across various business areas including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, and MESI.
- Build relationships with teammates across the firm.
- Collaborate with interns nationwide on team projects, presentations, and book club discussions.
- Develop an understanding of how teams collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience.
- Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities.
- Engage in volunteer opportunities.
