About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is hiring a Sales Representative to help small and mid-sized businesses learn about its supplemental insurance programs. The role manages a local territory and includes hosting group presentations, meeting employees one-on-one, and becoming a trusted advisor in the community. New sales professionals begin with a comprehensive training program that combines online learning, field mentorship, and hands-on experience alongside a dedicated field trainer. Prior sales experience is not required for candidates with the right attitude and drive.

Must pass a standard pre-employment background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license, or willingness to obtain one; study materials are provided and state licensing fees are reimbursed.
Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of post-high-school work experience. Candidates nearing degree completion may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with local businesses and professionals through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Use the company’s Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activity, and build a client portfolio.
Schedule and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Maintain consistent communication with the team and sales manager through scheduled calls and meetings.
Follow up on referral leads, reservice existing accounts, and grow a book of business.
Set and achieve personal sales goals with guidance from a manager.
Maintain an organized weekly schedule and submit activity reports at the end of each workday.
Host group presentations and meet employees one-on-one to introduce supplemental insurance programs.
