About The Position

Pinnergy is a diversified energy services company serving customers throughout Texas and Louisiana. The company is hiring a Field/City Sales Representative for its Midland, Texas location. The representative calls on customers and prospective customers within an assigned district, manages and grows existing accounts, establishes new customer relationships, and provides excellent customer service. The role includes managing sales from prospecting through completion, preparing customer documentation, coordinating with operations, and submitting pricing and handling potential customer contracts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of oilfield sales experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to solve problems and overcome objections.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage sales from start to finish.
Prepare professional, complete, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation for customer meetings.
Make cold and warm calls to all levels of management within organizational structures.
Coordinate with operations to ensure work starts and is completed on time.
Submit pricing and handle potential customer contracts.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
