Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of insulation and fireproofing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
