About The Position

MOMPER INSULATION IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND MOTIVATED SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM. AS A SALES REP, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMOTING AND SELLING HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING INSULATION. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND CONTRIBUTE TO OUR COMPANY'S GROWTH.

Requirements

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, PREFERABLY IN THE CONSTRUCTION OR BUILDING MATERIALS INDUSTRY.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• ABILITY TO READ BLUEPRINTS
• PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS AND DELIVERING RESULTS.
• STRONG NEGOTIATION AND CLOSING SKILLS.
• KNOWLEDGE OF INSULATION AND FIREPROOFING IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
• ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS.
• SELF-MOTIVATED AND TARGET-DRIVEN WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
• PROFICIENT IN USING CRM SOFTWARE AND OTHER SALES TOOLS.
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL AS NEEDED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
