Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Hermon, ME location. Requirements

Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Strong time management and territory planning skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and business owners
Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their operational needs
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up
Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools
Travel regularly throughout Western Vermont and Northeast New York to meet with customers and visit job sites
