About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a Sales Representative role. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor and project manager for customers, guiding them through the insurance restoration process. This is an opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed, offering unlimited income potential through an uncapped commission structure after an initial training period.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed
Nice To Haves
- No roofing or sales experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
- Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
