About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a Sales Representative role. This position offers extensive paid training and an uncapped commission structure, providing a clear path to a six-figure income. Sales Representatives will act as trusted advisors and project managers for customers, guiding them through the entire roofing process from inspection to completion. The role involves customer interaction, relationship building, and project management, with opportunities for significant income growth.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed

Nice To Haves

No roofing or sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
