The company provides 90 days of paid, hands-on training with W-2 employment, base pay, claim bonuses, commission opportunities, daily coaching, mentorship, and team huddles. After training, representatives transition to a 25% uncapped commission structure, with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000-$150,000 and top performers earning over $500,000 annually. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
