About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through on details

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling high-value or custom solutions is a plus
  • Experience in awning, construction, or related industries is a plus
  • Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to create long-term value
  • Conduct daily outreach including calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Attend industry trade shows to generate leads and expand your network
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes and move projects forward
  • Track sales activity, maintain CRM data, and report on weekly progress
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence in your territory
