This position is accountable for producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route. The role requires adherence to Company programs and policies for safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean driving record, monitoring and controlling inventory levels for each account by conducting physical inventory, restocking coolers and in-store displays to ensure maximum product availability while maintaining quality control and freshness standards. The Account Sales Rep is also responsible for negotiating, obtaining, maintaining, and updating all Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer’s location, and maintaining current knowledge of all supplier brands, packages, pricing, and promotional/marketing activities. The position also involves meeting established standards and training and coaching Sales Assistants.
