About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative for its First Aid & Safety Division, focused on developing new business-to-business accounts. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting sales quotas. Sales Representatives transport product samples for presentations. Cintas provides a thorough sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, the sales process, and business development strategies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a hunter sales mentality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intranet/Internet, and a Contact Management System.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
Develop and qualify leads within the assigned territory to create additional sales opportunities through cold calling and lead-generation campaigns.
Gather and use business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and new-business development.
Prospect, cold call, and set appointments with potential customers.
Present programs and transport product samples for presentations.
Meet sales quotas.
