About The Position

Green Cleaning DFW is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to join their team. This is not a scripted call center job; it requires individuals who can think fast, adapt to conversations in real-time, and connect with potential clients. The company, established in 2009, serves Rockwall County, Texas, and surrounding areas with eco-friendly residential house cleaning services. They have a consistent flow of leads from their website, social media, and phone inquiries and need someone to convert this interest into bookings. The role utilizes the NEPQ sales framework, a question-based approach designed for natural conversations. Training on this method will be provided. The representative will be responsible for reaching out to leads quickly via phone, text, and email to secure bookings, managing a high-volume pipeline, and ensuring each lead feels prioritized. The role requires a reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quality headset.

Requirements

• Speak clear, professional English that US homeowners can easily understand over the phone.
• Get energized by conversations, not drained by them.
• Proactively pursue leads without waiting to be told what to do.
• Pivot naturally when someone pushes back.
• At least one year of real phone sales experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, and Saturday-Sunday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST.
• Have reliable internet, a computer, and a quality headset for calls.
• Willingness to obtain an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) if not already possessed, to receive payment as an independent contractor from a US company.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads quickly via phone, text, and email.
• Convert interest into bookings.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline (can reach 70-80 leads during busy weeks).
• Make every person feel like a priority.
• Use GoHighLevel for calls and SMS, and Google Workspace for email.
