About The Position

Green Cleaning DFW is seeking a Remote Sales Representative for their residential house cleaning services. This is not a scripted call center job; it requires individuals who can think fast, adapt to conversations in real-time, and connect with potential clients. The company has a strong demand for its eco-friendly cleaning services and needs someone to convert incoming leads into bookings. The role utilizes the NEPQ sales framework, a question-based approach designed for natural conversations. The representative will handle leads from the website, social media, and phone, reaching out via call, text, and email to schedule appointments. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in Peru. The company provides training on the NEPQ framework and uses GoHighLevel for calls/SMS and Google Workspace for emails.

Requirements

  • Speak clear, professional English understandable to US homeowners over the phone.
  • At least one year of real phone sales experience.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and make every person feel like a priority.
  • Availability Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
  • Reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quality headset.
  • Willingness to obtain a RUC (Registro Único de Contribuyentes) for payment as an independent contractor from a US company.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads quickly via call, text, and email to book appointments.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads (70-80 during busy weeks).
  • Engage with potential clients in natural, question-based conversations using the NEPQ sales framework.
  • Adapt to customer pushback and manage conversations in real-time.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel for calls and SMS, and Google Workspace for email.
