About The Position
Green Cleaning DFW is seeking a Remote Sales Representative to join their team. This is not a scripted call center job; it requires individuals who can think fast, adapt to conversations in real-time, and connect with potential clients. The company, an eco-friendly residential house cleaning service operating since 2009 in Rockwall County, Texas, has a consistent flow of leads from homeowners seeking quotes. The role involves reaching out to these leads quickly via phone, text, and email to convert interest into bookings using the NEPQ sales framework, which is a question-based approach designed to feel like a natural conversation. The representative will be trained on this method. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Honduras.
Requirements
- Speak clear, professional English that US homeowners can easily understand over the phone.
- At least one year of real phone sales experience.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (70-80 leads per week).
- Availability Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
- Reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quality headset for calls.
- Willingness to obtain an RTN (Registro Tributario Nacional) for payment as an independent contractor from a US company.
