About The Position

Green Cleaning DFW is an eco-friendly residential house cleaning company seeking a Remote Sales Representative. This role is not a scripted call center job; it requires individuals who can think fast, adapt to conversations in real-time, and connect with potential clients. The company has a strong demand for its services and a steady stream of leads from homeowners. The sales representative will be responsible for converting this interest into bookings using the NEPQ sales framework, a question-based approach that mimics natural conversation. The role involves reaching out to leads via phone, text, and email to schedule cleaning appointments. The company provides training on the NEPQ framework and uses GoHighLevel for calls/SMS and Google Workspace for emails.

Requirements

• Clear, professional English suitable for communication with US homeowners.
• Ability to be energized by conversations, not drained by them.
• Proactive approach to pursuing leads without constant direction.
• Ability to pivot naturally when faced with pushback.
• At least one year of real phone sales experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and make each person feel prioritized.
• Availability Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
• Reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quality headset.
• Willingness to obtain a RUC (Registro Único de Contribuyentes) for payment as an independent contractor from a US company.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads quickly via call, text, and email.
• Convert interest from potential clients into bookings.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads (70-80 per week during busy periods).
• Adapt communication style based on customer interaction and feedback.
• Utilize GoHighLevel for calls and SMS, and Google Workspace for email.

Benefits

• $1,200 USD per month base salary.
• $50 USD per new recurring client after their 3rd completed cleaning.
